My husband, dog and I have just returned from the most wonderful late autumn break at Earlscroft Farm Cottage.
From the moment we arrived, we received a super warm and friendly welcome from owner Kate. Throughout our stay she was so helpful and personable, checking in with us that everything with the cottage was to our liking.
The cottage is open plan in the main kitchen/dining/ living area with direct access to a beautiful big garden, all safely walled in so our dog could wander freely, which she loved!
It is very spacious, bright (with big high ceilings), decorated so tastefully throughout and equipped so well too. There was literally nothing missing that we would have wanted or needed. Like a home from home.
Clearly Kate as thought about every possible comfort for her guests.
Things that are super important to us were all fantastic……….
Really tasteful and comfortable surroundings.
Very clean and well maintained inside and out.
A super well equipped kitchen.
A HUGE comfy bed (super king sized).
A powerful shower.
Safe, enclosed outside space.
Access to nice walks on the doorstep.
Quiet and rural feel, yet very close to all required amenities.
Ample parking right at the door.
Surrounded by birds/wildlife.
Within easy access of nice country pubs/ restaurants. (That are dog friendly).
The cottage really did have EVERYTHING we could have wished for.
We had an absolutely fantastic week and aim to return again in the near future!
We would recommend Earlscroft Farm Cottage to anyone seeking the perfect holiday in lovely Lincolnshire. It really is the most wonderful and restful cottage. We felt SO relaxed. Great holiday!

Amazing find! Really peaceful setting and definately 5*
It is really safe for dogs as comes with an enclosed walled garden. Very high spec interior and the owners were friendly and professional. All in all = excellent. Can highly recommend 👌

We were delighted with our stay at Earlscroft Farm, the accommodation is perfect for two & a dog. Fabulous enclosed private garden to enjoy good weather – al fresco meals & relaxing. Walks from the front door to the surrounding countryside & Boston. Thank you Kate & Mark

My wife and I have just spent a week at this delightful property and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Despite being close to a main road, it is extremely quiet and feels very rural. The accommodation is very smart, comfortable, warm and well equipped, such that we wanted for nothing. The huge double bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is very powerful and maintains temperature. WiFi worked well, though the lack of a password is a bit disconcerting. The provision of a stereo system is a nice addition, as is the radio in the bedroom.
The location is good for walking and some round walks alongside the various drainage channels (“drains”) is possible. One of these, the Hobhole Drain, can be followed all the way down to The Haven, where we saw some interesting birds.
We had lunch at The Mill pub, only a mile from Earlscroft Farm, and this was very good, and at the bistro at the Ropers Arms, which was superb: authentic, tasty and attractive Italian cuisine – highly recommended.
All in all, a very pleasant stay and we have no hesitation in recommending this lovely accommodation. Many thanks, Kate!

We had a fantastic time here. The accommodation was of a pleasantly high standard, which was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable too.
We were given a very warm welcome, where we were given some freshly laid eggs from their chickens – Bonus!
The surroundings were loved by our cocker spaniel. Lots of new smells for him to experience.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.
We will definitely be going back sometime in the near future – visiting family.
